Van Coillie & Co negotiated and obtained an option to acquire the Green Water Plaza office building owned by Nateus, member of the Ethias Insurance Group. The building, designed by Michel Jaspers, has a floor surface of 3343 and 54 parkings underground and is located Mechelsesteenweg 66 in Antwerp, next door to the head-quarter offices of the Antwerpse Waterwerken (AWW), the local water utility.
Van Coillie & Co transferred this option to Antwerpse Waterwerken (AWW) in exchange for an option to acquire their original head-quarter offices, an iconic 12.000 m2 building with 63 underground parking spaces. AWW has now lifted the option and has acquired the Green Water Plaza office building for its own use, leaving Van Coillie & Co the opportunity to redevelop the original head-quarters.
